dc.description.abstractThe Emirate of Abu Dhabi is going through significant changes in many jurisdictions, all under the close supervision of the government authority. The Abu Dhabi government had set high goals in order be ranked one of the best five government in the world. And it has cascaded this vision to all government entities to adopt and implement it. However, the government entities must go under reform and restructuring the organization to be able to successfully implement the vision and achieve those goals. One of the aspects, which the organizations must focus on, is leadership style and leadership development. This dissertation will discuss the different types of leadership styles and their effect on the organization’s performance and developing its leaders.en_US
