Dr Rekha Pillai

Dr Pillai obtained a Master of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kerala, India, and her doctoral degree in Finance from Banasthali University, India. Dr Pillai is a post-doctoral researcher (Management) at Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia with more than 19 years of UAE teaching experience, including Ajman University and Emirates Aviation University. Her research interests are in the areas of behavioural finance, corporate governance, ESG, Internet financial reporting and organizational behaviour. She is a registered research lead and supervisor (MBA thesis) with York St John University, UK and University of West of Scotland, Scotland for GCC students.
