Abstract
The Dissertation aims to investigate the current structure of government construction contracts in the UAE, specifically relevant to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms adopted within these contracts.
Also to investigate the current applicable laws and the restrictions imposed by those laws on government contracts, along with possible required modifications to those laws in order to allow for internationally recognized Alternative Dispute Resolutions to be adopted and function within the UAE legal Framework.
