dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a framework to implement business solutions based on blockchain technology (BCT) for the higher education institutions (HEIs). The first part of the paper provides an overview of the blockchain technology, its im-plementation in the sector, and its advantages. The second part discusses the common challenges of implementing technology and then identifies higher educa-tion stakeholders' insights. Getting stakeholders' insights is the root of creating a comprehensive framework to help higher education institutions successfully im-plement the solutions based on BCT.
