| dc.description.abstract | This paper investigates the current level of job satisfaction for IT Project Managers in Abu Dhabi Government Entities (ADGEs) based on Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. The paper also investigates the key factors that influence IT Project Managers job satisfaction and validates whether demographic factors influence their job satisfaction. Thirty six Entities with 97 respondents participated in the study. Findings from the study suggest that IT Project Managers in ADGEs are satisfied with their job. With the exception of education level, demographic factors do not influence IT Project Managers’ job satisfaction and all factors identified in literature review influence job satisfaction for IT Project Managers in ADGEs. The findings of this study are particularly useful to ADGEs HR Departments and policy makers to understand the current levels of job satisfaction and provide them with an insight on what areas they should improve or maintain to increase IT Project Managers satisfaction. | en_US |
