The United Arab Emirates is a country that is very concerned with quality education at every level. UAE schools strive toward excellence in teaching, learning, and operational efficiency. This study aims to investigate the operational excellence in education and how crucial the operations are to a school’s efficiency, routines, and finally students’ achievements in UAE schools. This research finds that seamless operations support teaching and learning effectively, and it also suggests that insufficient operations can directly affect the efficiency of academic operations. In order to achieve the research objectives, a mixed method is used. The primary data is collected through a survey questionnaire and interviews with school staff members and principals, respectively. The survey questionnaire is analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha test, and a thematic analysis is presented from the interview answers. The provided results show clear alignments of operational departments, including finance, IT, administration, logistics, facilities management, and sports, to the teaching and learning process and suggest highly seamless operational procedures to improve the students’ achievements to the maximum level.
