Dr Ahmed Bawa Kuyini Abubakar

Dr Abubakar teaches in the Faculty Education at the British University in Dubai (BUiD). He previously taught at the University of Melbourne and University of New England in Australia. He taught courses in educational psychology, special education and social work at various universities. His research focuses on Inclusive education, educational psychology, educational policy, supporting students with additional learning needs, social work/inclusion around marginalised groups. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles in professional journals, which are well cited by other researchers and used in many government and non-government publications.
