The paper also discusses the methods that organisations in the UAE can use in measuring the level of their employees engagement. Lastly, the paper proposes important recommendations that the organisations in the UAE can apply in ensuring that their employees are engaged fully in their activities and that they are satisfied to remain competitive in their areas of operation or industry.
