CPD has gained considerable attention in the education sector as a means to enhance teachers' knowledge, skills, and instructional practices. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis. The findings demonstrate that CPD initiatives positively impact teachers' pedagogical knowledge, instructional strategies, and overall professional growth. Additionally, the study reveals a significant correlation between teachers' participation in CPD and students' academic achievement, including improved attainment levels, enhanced progress, and strengthened study skills.
