This research investigates the difficulties working mothers come across in their daily lives. It particularly looks at working mothers in the educational field in the United Arab Emirates. A small-scale study was carried out using both qualitative and quantitative methods in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The main findings revealed that working mothers do not have a balanced life, and they struggle with constant guilt towards their children. The majority of mothers also felt the need to be more appreciated.
