Abstract
The aim of this study is to measure the influence of the principal and leadership management on the achievement of the students and the schools’ performance. Additionally to check and examine if they are implementing and using the strategies that are designed by Bolman and Deal (1992) when they are taking their decisions and judgments in order to improve their schools.
